Wow these guys are horrible. After being T-Boned I asked for Gainesville Towing by the gainesville police. Was told I couldn't use them. So I guess the officer told these dumb guys to come? After my girl and I were released form the emergency room we wonder.....were is our car? I finally found were it was. So after pulling up to see it in the "yard" that is so secure by a falling down chain link fence, a guy came out, this is Sunday mind you, I asked to get our things out of our car. He said," Hell I aint suppose to do this but come on in and look." So come to find out between the accident scene and their secured yard my girls Micheal Kors watch is gone. Yay for us right? We just got hit, she has to have neck surgery, and guess what now her things are missing by the only person to touch our car. So I called to talk to the manager Monday moring and I am told I am speaking to the manager, Mike, which is also the owner, he says,"That aint never happened round here." Did anyone see the other reviews? He then proceeds to hang up on me. So I try desperately to get the car out of they're "secure yard" only to find out they only take cash. Really? So upon getting another far superior tow company a call and them taking a check the car gets taken out of there. If you wanna get ripped off use these guys. Maybe when you get there that kid from delieverance will be there playing to banjo.
