I am not a happy customer. First of all, being a female, I had to tell the guy how to do his job. He had me turn on my engine, which he was standing right by my car door and had me turn it off as quick as I turned it on. He shows me my oil level on the stick, I asked if he checked my radiator fluid because I am paying for full service! He says, "uhhh, I smelled it, um, I can check it with this tester here" So, he tests it, doesn't show me, just says it's good and closes my hood. I then ask did you check my transmission fluid. He tells me he doesn't remember!! He has me pop my hood again and he says "oh, nope, I didn't, you have to get it checked at the dealership". He did tell me my serpentine belt it getting worn and another tech did a great job oiling all my hinges and apologizing for the odor of the grease in the can. But the next day, my car made a funny noise, so I took it to my mechanic, there was oil spilled all over the cover that goes over my engine and some on the engine. They didn't check my air filter as it needs replaced. I still don't know what the new noise is, I'm not blaming Fast Eddies for that as my car does have 125,000 miles on it. But I will never go to Fast Eddies again.
