  Absolutely DO NOT use this person Pete Rey at E.R Complete Auto Service. He is not a professional. Matter of fact I am getting ready to take him to small claims court as he owes me money for an engine that he said he supposedly purchased and never delivered. He was suppose to put in the engine after it came in and avoided our attempted communication with him.

  I recently had Pete work on my VW Passat. On July 18th Pete started putting a water pump in my VW. After not answering my calls all day, I finally got in touch with him and he indicated that he would need to finish it up the next morning. As it wasn't drivable, I didn't have an option. He finally finished it about 3:00 the afternoon of the 19th. I left his "shop" and instantly realized the air conditioner was no longer working. I emailed him to let him know and he said he could come by that night and look at it. As I was sick (coming down the pheumonia) and I had to get my daughter to work, I told him we would work it out later for him to take care of it. I emailed him numerous times all with promises that he'd get it taken care of, but he never showed up!
  
  So on the evening of August 4th, imagine my surprise when all of the coolant in my car is on the floor of my garage and every warning light in my car is telling me DO NOT DRIVE your car! I finally was able to get in touch with Pete around 7 am on the 5th. He said he was on his way, I felt like it was something HE should take care of as that was part of the water pump replacement... At any rate, repeatedly texting and calling him, because I had to give my boss an idea of when I'd be at work....offered no results. 7.5 hours later (2:30 pm) he finally showed up. It looked like it was a clamp for the hose to the radiator. Couldn't get one that night, he'd be back the next morning. I told him he'd have to deal with my dad as I had to be at work, since I missed a day already. Amazingly enough, he showed up just when he said he would the next morning. He fixed the radiator clamp and then he "replaced a circuit" for the a/c. It was blowing cold finally....until 10 miles later when the a/c started blowing hot again.
  
  I haven't been able to get in touch with Pete, he's not answering my emails or calls. I took it to a couple of different mechanics and they all say the same thing. The wiring to the a/c fan got messed up when the car was put back together after the water pump replacement. The fan chewed up the wires and ground it out (mechanic speak....). It's going to cost me about the same to get THAT fixed....and that's IF the grounding out hasn't caused other damage to my car!
  
  Would I go back to him....no. I don't know that he knows what he's doing and I'm positive that he is non-responsive and unreliable.

  My wife was in an auto accident. My children were in the truck. After knowing my family was safe, the difficult part was knowing we were going to need to find a trustworthy auto shop. My family is new to Colorado. We found E.R. Complete Auto Service. Great service! Great staff!
  
  There are lots of shops in Colorado. E.R. Complete Auto Service, Fast, Reliable. I didn't have to call to check on our vehicle, they called to update me.

  Being in an accident with your children in the car is a difficult experience. Not having a vehicle after the accident is even more difficult. E.R.Complete Auto Service was beyond being a 5 star location. The staff not only completed the repairs to my vehicle, they did so in an unbelievable short time! They called to let me know the status of repairs. With a storm coming into Denver again, they were sure to have my vehicle ready! I was treated with respect and honesty, they were sensitive to my needs and did an amazing job on my truck! It looks better than it did before!
  We were truly Blessed to have found this awesome place.

  this is the best shop that I've been to fast and friendly this guy PET had my car in AND OUT WITH IN THE HOUR with in the 3 hr for all the work that he hade to do.

  Best experience ever hands down! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The prices are extremely affordable and honest and my car was finished in a timely manner. I was mostly greatful for their quick diagnostics and the pride they take in their work. I am a pleased customer to say the least. With that said I would highly recommend this shop for all of your automotive needs. You won't be dissappointed!
