I had my vehicle diagnosed by a dealership, it is a 2002 grand am with a v6 engine. They told me i needed the head gaskets replaced and quoted me a price of $2,000. I thought that was outragous and decided to do some calling. I was getting prices from $1000 to $1800. I decided to go with Elite because when I called, Pete the manager, took the time to explain things with me. He told me what needed to be done, what parts needed changing along with the gaskets, and what parts needed to be sent out for repair. Without even asking he knew what kind of pricing I had recieved on the low end and the high end. To be honest it wasnt his pricing that got me in the door it was the time he took to explain all the scenarios for me. I am very greatfull with the repairs they completed and had it done a day earlier than they told me. I've been going to Elite since and have reffered a lot of people to them. ~Maggie J.
