I do NOT recommend using this shop. I heard that he does great work but found out the hard way. I bought 4 new tires, expensive, and brought them to jim for mounting, balancing, and an alignment. He used the same magnets that were on the rims, which is ok i guess but he didnt even change the tape on the back of them. Maybe he used some kind of glue that would eventually ruin the rim with my luck.. and the magnets were on crooked and you can clearly see one of them was juuust hanging over the face if the rim (looked like crap)..also they gave me a paper saying he did an alignment and showed the specs..barely had to do anything with that but his assistant said it was way out.. how was i to know that he probably lied and said he did it or actually did it and messed it up worse.. and to know that i should have had someone else realign the wheels or check his work.. you are a professional? convieniently he wasnt there when i picked up the car and didnt return my phone call so i just let it go and kick myself in the ass for it now..i had the work done right before winter so it would be ready for spring. Also I dont drive my car in the winter either i baby the car.. but i went to do a tire rotation using proper tools (im not an idiot) and saw that he completely OVERTORQUED the lug nuts and noticed that 1 was cross threaded and stripped, somehow it stayed on and was left like that, 2 others snapped. It sucks too because if i would have went and spent money to have him rotate my tires then he would be the one with the dealership bill in his hand.. Thats a new car, that he made into a money pit cause i had to go to a dealership for the lug and stud replacement. If i remembered where had the reciept i would have went to his shop and tried to get my money back or raised hell.. i feel like i was taken for a fool spending about $750 for the tires and all the work done, just at jims shop.. Thanks alot.. i hope people read this and just go to jack williams or a dealership for work, probably cost a few extra bucks but its not worth a headache going through jim dennis.. how did you do such a crappy job on a new car? I guess i am a fool for not driving a hour out of my way and hacking an arm and leg off for payment just to have it done correctly.. thanks for wasting my money and time jim. I have kids to take care of but ill go spend another 750 on another set of tires. Maybe these brand new ones will last more than 10,000 miles. God help you if you have him do your brakes i dont even want to think about that..
