On 10 / 31 I got an oil change and the tech left the radiator cap off and flooded the engine. there weeks later my car is in the shop still. I had to contact their insurance company because the manager Brent Williams didn't. The insurance company finally made an effort to correct the problem after I had to call the claims manager because the agent was impossible to reach. I asked Brent for a refund of the coSt of the oil change that ruined my 2014 cruze and he said no because " I gave you back the car with oil in it and you driving the car with the lights on didn't help '
