Horrible! will never use them again! to explain... Took my 07 santa fe in Feb to get timing belt done. Was told by hyundai that water pump does not need to be done so i elected not to do so. 2 Weeks ago i notice a leak and that im almost out of coolant. Take it to different shop and find out that a motor mount bolt that bolts to engine thru water pump was missing. Once they start doing work find out two more bolts are also missing. So i spend $750 to do water pump and per coolant got on belt had to re replace timing belt. My interaction with Champion auto is as follows.. 7/28 11:40Am - mechanic calls stating 3 bolts were missing. 7/28 11:45Am - called champion spoke with Brain (owner) he advised send pics of missing bolts. 7/28 2:40pm - emailed pics and called champion to confirm they received email. Was told Brian would call me back. 7/28 4:50pm - called back champion. Was told Brian would call me back before close or first thing in morning. 7/29 10:00Am - no call so i called and was told Brian was on test drive. 7/29 2:50Pm - called champion. Finally talk to Brian. Was told he water old water pump. Brian then hung up with i was talking. I then called my mechanic and was told they no longer had water pump. I then spoke to Wesley and stated i want what re doing to timing belt cost me since their tech did not put bolts back $350. Was told that they would do nothing for me because i dont have the old part. They are the only ones to touch my car till new mechanic. So not only did i have to keep calling to speak to Brian he hangs up on me. As a busi.ess owner i think this is horribly wrong. So you can say honest mistake or a way to get more business since i declined. After my interaction with Brian im going with not an accident.
