Cars of Distinction

Took car to Ray to have the power window repaired. Got estimate and left...noticed car radio was not working, cigarette lighter not working, all interior lights not working..called to see if they had removed fuse..had not...next morning the other front power window was not working..called my dealership(400 miles away) who felt that there was something wrong with the power system or fuses...The dealership was going to call Ray @ Cars of Distinction to have him check electrical stuff before installing the window to make sure there was no problem before installing a $750.00 regulator/window motor...did not want an electrical problem to ruin a NEW WINDOW MOTOR..called Ray mentioned electrical system and dealer calling him..He said he was going to send the new regulator/motor back "Isn't that's what we both want".I said no and he hung up..Payment had already been arranged for this service...cut me off very rude..ODD HOW I HAD ADD"L CAR PROBLEMS after leaving my car...Ray (the owner) is the most hateful human i have ever met....I GAVE THEM 1 STAR BECAUSE ZERO STARS WAS NOT AN OPTION...
