Car Care Center

A couple of months ago I would have gave them 5 stars but today I give them 00 stars! The are the worst people ever!!!!! Yesterday I talked to one of the mechanics about fixing my car, we agreed that he would pick it up from my job and drop it back off way before I get off. Now that's no problem because he has picked up my car be for but I picked it up later so I trusted that he would. Well he was right on time to pick up my car and he reassured that it would be dropped off when he was finished. Didn't happen I had to walk in 96 + weather to pick up my car. So when I got there I was so mad I started fussing them out. And in the hole conversation I never got a sorry! F. Them!! THEY DONT KNOW HOW TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS, I SPENT A LOT OF MONEY WITH THEM BUT NOT ANYMORE!! ( and no invoice?)
