Tip... go to dealership. Will be less money, better service, and faster. I had work done over the years at Byron auto and i regret every time. Parts are 3x more than a parts store and the help has a go f yourself attitude. Any "warranty" on parts or service they provided was quickly shot down saying that it wasn't covered finding a b.s. excuse not to cover. I spent thousands getting a motor oil leak fixed to get it home and oil is still leaking on the floor. I would spend more money somewhere else in the future rather than going back to Byron auto repair.

Questionable practices of using substandard used parts on repair and charging for new. Overcharged for a simple repair. A "who gives a s,,," attitude on customer service. Actual rating should be "0".

I stopped in to have check engine light tested and because I have had other auto repair shops and auto parts stores check it for free, I didn't think of asking and they didn't think of telling me there would be a $25 charge that took them seconds to check and find what the problem was. Still I was polite and left. Bottom line is don't assume and ask this place what the charge is before asking them to do anything.
