Bush Auto Place

Bush auto place is a place where you can go get scammed! I went in just to get a tire rotation and an oil change. The only reason I went there was because it was closer than the place I normally go. I have had several tire rotations and oil changes and I know that the place that did it before always does it right. Bush auto place tells me that they cross threaded the plug to my oil pan and they cant get the plug back in. This guy shows me this picture on his phone of a plug that is cross threaded. My car in under warranty yet they wont honor it. They did this to me because I'm a young woman who looks like she doesn’t know anything about cars. Who else will they prey on? Little, old ladies?! Please for the sake of you and your car, stay away from Bush auto place!!!
