Had my Cadillac SRX worked on. Owner Ed Truehart not only was rude to my wife and I but was cursing at another customer when we went to pick up car. The side of my car was scraped to the metal from the mechanic backing out of the garage. They refused to pay to have it repaired and claimed someone in the parking lot had done it. Both my wife and I watched (and heard) this dull-witted mechanic hit the side of the garage. The owner has a chip on his shoulder like I could not believe, told me he didn't need my patronage and refused to do anything about the damage which ended up costing us over $500. I would think twice before bringing your vehicle there.
