They are con artists, they towed my car from an area with no tow signs, so I didn't even know who to call then when i contacted the Norfolk police department they didn't report my car until after five o'clock when they were closed. They towed my car at three something in the afternoon, I searched for my car all evening and now I have to pay storage fees when they never reported my car like they should have.
