this place is a shamble they lie about there work and they don't honor the on time committment when trouble occurs with the work they perform they deny and try to excuse it with other problems until you run out of options i truely believe they deliberately do not fix the problem but band aid the problems they use substandard parts and have unqualified workers work on the vehicles and promise good parts and i believe they even use your old parts when i asked for my old parts they were never given and there were no invoices for the so called new part given which looked old be careful here in fact i would not use them at all b/cautocare in concord is not a reputable place to have your car broughtr to and the review you see is a review he and his family wrote not a real consumer like me good luck with your search
