I waited 2 hours to have my oil changed. The girl that checked me out was very rude. I made a comment on how 2 ladies pulled up 30 minutes after me and had their oil changed ( same as me) and they left before me. There was a lady in front of me and she hands her a rose (she gave one to everyone in front of me except me, not that i care but i think she was trying to be rude) and walks her to her car leaving me at the counter. After I paid, she turns and yells at a guy to walk me to my car and turns and starts to help the next person. The guy was very nice.
