Terrible experience and I have used them several times. Each time I use them they seem nice but they take 3 times as long to repair the car as they estimate. This last time they told me 7-10 days. They got it back to me 35 days later. Also they were to paint my entire SUV, a color similar to the factory blue but darker. They made sure the car was ready for me at the end of the day at dusk, so I would accept it, and when I looked at it in the daylight I found to save money they had not painted the roof at all. I take it they thought it was too high for me to notice. Poor customer service and poor paint job, as I look at the vertical surfaces of the car toward the bottom the paint job has runs and poor coverage. I would take it back to them and demand them to cure their terrible job, however I can't afford to be w/o my car for another 4 weeks while the screw over me again. Stay Away!!!!
