Auto Care 2000 Inc

I called Auto Care 2000 Inc after I called another shop and the mechanic seemed to be finding things to fix and charge for before he even looked at the car. Marianne Martinez said to bring it in for a free diagnostic check and then decide if I wanted to have the work done. The diagnosis was that the car needed a tune up in the worst way, which didn't surprise me since the car had 156,000 miles on it and had never had a tune up. She broke down the costs into parts and labor and gave me an exact quote on the price. Her mechanics had my car ready in about an hour and a half, the car started up right away and ran perfectly. Marianne said to be sure to call her the next day to tell her if the problem had been solved, which I did. Her mechanics did a great job. I took the car out on the interstate this weekend and had to back off the gas pedal on the entire drive because I was pushing 100 mph and the engine wasn't even working hard . She also told me about a minor problem that the mechanic had discovered and told me what it would cost to fix it, so they'll get the car again next month. I had the pleasure of listening to Marianne interact with other customers while I was waiting. She is nice, she is personable, she treats her customers like family, and she and her mechanics know their stuff. She and her crew get my highest recommendation.
