Strongly advise not to use this repair shop. They are not knowledgeable about import cars. We brought our Volvo in to be repaired. The manager kept it for 3 days and charged us over $500. He told us that he had fixed our car--but he didn't. He refused to refund us the money. Very unreasonable. He insisted that he had spent time researching what the problem might be and he needed to be paid for this research time. The manager also hung up on both my husband and I. Not good customer service We lost $500 and still have a broken car.
