All Transmissions

A little over a year ago I brought my car to All Transmissions for repair. From the very beginning Steve the Manager was courteous and professional. The shop had to be the cleanest most organized auto shop I have ever been to. Steve walked me through the process, explaining in detail all the possible pitfalls involved in a repair of this magnitude and even managed to make me laugh and feel easier about an obviously very stressful situation. Steve stayed in constant contact with me all during the process keeping me updated and comfortable. When all was said and done Steve stayed reasonably close to the approximate estimate he gave me before it was taken apart and was even kind enough to inform me on the day I picked it up that they had the car detailed for me before delivery!! Funny, the dealer doesnt even do that to my newer car!! I brought them a car that barely ran and was a filthy mess and they retuned to me a clean and shiney new car that ran the best it ever has. Right before Steve shook my hand with a smile to complete our transaction, he also informed me that I was to return for a couple of free check ups along the way. I cant say enough about the professionalism, quality and cleanliness of this repair shop. I would recommend anyone with a transmission issue to seek out All Transmissions and get their expert opinion before you spend one dollar anywhere else!
