Worst service and horrible management and staff. The management actually hung up on me. If you ever need a tow, call anybody else. I would hope that AAA drops A+ from their list of suppliers, so that other members do not have to deal with this type of company.

I typically don't review places, but a great experience at A+ Towing forced me to write something up. My Pathfinder broke down one evening about 150 miles from my house during a trip to Schaumburg. AAA dispatched someone from A+ to tow us. Back at the shop they let us wait while they diagnosed the issue. The owner of the place, John, actually offered to give us a ride to O'Hare at no charge so my wife and I could get a rental car and return home. The diagnosis was actually pretty tricky, but John kept me posted on their progress throughout the day and agreed to allow me to come in on Saturday even though it appeared that they were not closed. While I doubt I'll ever have to use their services again since the shop is so far from home, I would whole-heartedly recommend them. They charged an extremely reasonable rate and the cost of parts was in line with what I saw online. Frankly, A+ could have gouged me on the repair cost due to the breakdown occurring 150 miles from home, but John seemed to go out of his way to ensure that my car was diagnosed and repaired in the fastest and most affordable way possible. Hats off to John and everybody else at A+. Thanks again for everything!
