Filed this complaint with the BBB and Hilltop Texaco has decided to leave it as an unresolved complaint: Paid for dye test to find out where vehicle oil leak is located. Took car in on 7/19/10 to find out result of test and was told mechanic would call me the next morning. No call, so on 7/22/10 I called them to be told they would call when mechanic came back to work. I called again on 7/23/10 to be told again they would call when the mechanic came back. Still no word on 7/27/10 so I decided I have lost confidence in this company so I went by on my way home from work to ask for a credit to be put back on my charge card but the owner, Phillip H Collier said "no". I am now very dissatisfied with Hilltop Texaco and the way they do business. Very poor customer service. To resolve this issue with the BBB I again asked for a refund of $48.92 but was denied so I am advising you to beware of this company.
