I have a 2004 Toyota 4Runner. My brother put it through a fender bender and we left it to our dealer to decide on where to have the repair work done. So of course, GO Toyota sent it to the GO Collision Center (Courtesy Collision Center). The right front fender was replaced and some work had to be done in the engine compartment. When we got the car back after it was "fixed" there were scratch/buff marks and paint bubbles on the right fender. They replaced everything having to do with the windshield reservoir and nozzles. When you try to wash the windshield, nothing comes out of the nozzles and the washer fluid is dumped onto the ground beneath the reservoir. The SR5 4WD logo on the right side, which they replaced, wasn't aligned even close to correctly. The Right Headlamp which was also replaced, had a very sloppy seal. When we returned the car and showed the work they had missed/screwed up, the associate (started with B and ended with ian) acted like it was no big deal and that this was business as normal and offered no apology. To think that GO Collision is certified to work on cars from Lamborghini of Denver is simply terrifying.
