Vibration when i press the gas pedal (6 Cyl 3.7L)

I get a vibration when i press the gas pedal. When the vehicle is stationary there is no vibration. If i'm not pressing on the gas pedal there is no vibration. The vibration happens on all the gears from 1st to 5th. It seems like it's related to the torque applied. The frequency depends on the gear (gets higher with higher gears). The displacement of the vibration gets lower with higher gears. I only have a check engine light related to the catalytic converter. Looking for adivise, thanks in advance. The mileage on the vehicle is 135000.

First question - what are the specific fault codes, or fault code (check engine light)?

The exact cause of the vibration may be several different issues; engine ignition misfiring, worn spark plugs, clogged intake air filter, dirty air intake, poor quality fuel - to list only a few.

The code is related to the catalytic converter first bank, i cleaned the air intake and air filter, but it didn't work, i cleaned the O2 sensors on the cat, can't see if it works , oil change light is on, the vibration is still present, feeling it's getting worst, i examined the trans fluid, it's not dark, no smell, but it's thin, maybe it's the torque converter.

The Torque Converter is not locked-up until around 40 mph & you can lightly
drag the brake, to switch it off,to take that out of picture, when test driving to
check for the vibration.
You need to separate engine issues from drivetrain,in order to diagnose the system
with the vibration issue.

Need to know the specific fault codes or code that is stored. Have the fault code retrieved - for free at any local auto parts stores.

Then post a reply with the specific code for further assistance. This will also allow you to avoid guessing and throwing money at the problem.

By the way, the oxygen sensors cannot be cleaned or repaired - only replaced.
