I am working on the same car at this time with the same problem. This particular Honda has a frozen Right Side ball joint - I am not sure if it is the upper ball joint or the lower but I'm sure that it is a ball joint on the right side.

after replace of the ball joint, does the car need a aliment?

Not mandatory. You can just keep a close watch for uneven tire wear.

My car had the same problem and it eventually turned into a grinding noise when I turned to either side. I am now replacing the power steering pump and belt and hose. I'd say get an alignment. Also, check or the ball joint. It could be a frozen ball joint
