2012 Dodge Ram 2500 ST 8 Cyl 5.70L

Truck won't turn over and doesn't act like the key fob does anything

First off this truck has. 5.7 hemi engine. I purchased this truck because it was sent to the dealer twice and they didn't repair it. Apparently the win module and key were replaced twice according to th service records. It's a 2012 ram 2500 with 115 k miles. When you put the key in the ignition and turn it nothing happens. The key fob doesn't seem to do anything. Here is where it gets weird. I can unplug the relay that is mounted to the radiator support and all the dash lights come on and it seems to recognize the key. At this point everything in the vehicle seems to work but truck still doesn't turn over when you turn the key.

No one on the Internet,Not Even a Dodge Dealer Master Tech just getting home & reading
your question will have the answer.

After all it was at a dealer twice already.

You find the best Tech at the Best Shop in your area that does that sort of trouble shooting.

They start by reading wiring diagrams & learning the system with an issue & then test until
something is found or not found, then the solution or fix is in front of them.

A different Dealer, same dealer & different Tech on your Vehicle, that may work, your patience,
composure & wallet is the only answer to resolve that situation,eg: find someone that know how
to diagnose a vehicle.

Have you watched an of the Professional Repair Shops on You Tube ?
