when switch on the park light parklight front and rear not goes on instument light it ok licence plate light not goes

i check all fuses found ok
i donot know location of relay of park lights
park lights some times goes on for one week then becom dead for one month so strange pls try to help me driving at night was very danger with no lights at rear of car
