2010 BMW X5 xDrive30i 6 Cyl 3.00L

No start after valve cover replacement.

I am working on a 2010 BMX X5 30i. I had a miss on cylinder 4. This lead to replacing the valve cover gasket. I put it all back together and it had several misses. I then took it all back apart and replaced the VVT eccentric shaft sensor and took out the VVT solenoids, cleaned them and reinstalled valve cover. Put in new spark plugs and coil packs. Hooked everything back up. It will not start and when it turns over it sounds like the timing is off. It doesnt turn over smooth and it will not start. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you remove your injectors as well? Might want to clean those also. Check the connections to you vano solenoids, they might be back wards, Other things I am sure you thought of , but in case others are reading this for their issue, check spark plug gaps and ensure they are torq to spec. ensure all wires are connected to coil packs and the ground wires are attached, check fuel rail for leaks, and proper connection. Check all boost lines and ensure all are connected .
