Squealing sound when running.

When my car warms up a squealing sound comes from my engine compartment it goes away when I accelerate and comes back when coasting or braking.

May be a drive belt-related noise. Check the drive belt for noise with the hood raised - and just prior to the initial start-up when the engine is cold. If the drive delt is noisy - shut off the engine and test the drive belt condition; look for missing pieces or obvious damage. Also check the belt alignment, and check the belt tension - the drive belt tensioner may be faulty (worn; not providing proper tension).
Try the 'How-To-Guides' feature this website for details on how to replace the drive belt and belt tensioner - if needed.

sounds like a vacuum leak maybe, there is less vacuum during acceleration.

wouldn't this mean that the noise gets worse when I accelerate?
