2005 Dodge Durango Limited 8 Cyl 5.70L

Small ticking, rattling in bottom of motor

I have a 2005 dodge durango limited with the 5.7 hemi, it only has 82,000 miles. I've changed the oil twice since I've had it and I shave the oil every 3000 miles using 6 quarts of valvoline 5w30 and one quart of Lucas oil treatment . There was never any noise from the motor, most of the time you couldn't tell it was running because it was so quite. After this last oil change I let it sit for about 20 min before starting then about 15 min of idling. Immediately after starting there was a slight ticking rattling in the bottom of the motor. I checked the old oil and there was no metal shavings, it was actually pretty clean, I rechecked the oil level and it was perfect, does anyone know why this would of happened or why? This vehicle has never been ran hard, I baby this thing . This is my first nice car and because of the gas mileage I take it easy.
