Check your owners manual for the fuse box location on your bug. Your owners manual will also list the placement of the individual fuse within the fuse box. Once in the fuse box there should be a puller to help you pull out the correct fuse.Chances are you have a blown fuse

Hmmm, this needs personal inspection, i can only think its a fender well which is hitting your tires, it could be a wheel bearing. I mean, if i was there i can listen to the sound and give you an accurate analysis.

Why is the accessory belt tentioner vibrating ?
replaced it, replaced belt, cleaned pulleys, still does it what is next,

Check the belt alignment - follow the belt routing over all the drive pulleys where it makes contact - insure the belt is routed and mounted correctly. Next, be sure the tensioner is properly mounted and tightened securely, and the tensioner engaged with proper tension on the belt. Then, check the other belt-driven components; the alternator, water pump - to be sure these bearings and pulleys are secure (not loose or worn). Finally, be sure you have the correct belt part number (length) for your application. Try the many on-line auto parts sources, such as; www.RockAuto.com or www.autopartswarehouse.com for the replacement part.

Aside from checking the obvious which is the fusbox. The switch is located underneath the battery tray. So you have to undo the power steering reservoir, remove the battery and the battery tray. It is a bit of a PITA. After removig those things and locating the switch, come to find out that someone cut the cables going to the switch. Why would someone do that is beyond my comprehension at this time. To make matters worse, the cables were cut right at the switch making it impossible to fix at site. I had to remove the switch form the vehicle and work some of my electrical magic. I had to solder new cables to the switch and then to the vehicle wiring. Once that was accomplished, everything works like a charm.

For the lecense plate bulb, the only thing i can think of is a busted bulb or a loose connection somewhere

First step, have the check engine light scanned - for free - at any local auto parts store such as; Advance Auto, Auto Zone, NAPA - for the stored fault code. Having the specific fault code will assist to pinpoint the problem or issue you are having.

Ignition coils will operate at a raised (underhood) temperature. The best spark plugs would be OEM (original) equivalent or better - those listed below are correct for your vehicle and application. The NGK spark plug is what your engine was origninally equipped with from the factory.

      AUTOLITE Part # 3923
      DENSO Part # 3145
      ACDELCO Part # 41602
      CHAMPION Part # 344
      NGK Part # 6458

Check coolant level. If it is low, check for coolant leaks. If no leaks are found have a technician check whether the water pump is circulating the coolant in the engine.

You may want to try this.Check the direction of coolant flow through the heatercore then carefully remove the coolant hoses from the heatercore. Use a garden hose to flush the heater core for about 5 minutes. Now,using an air hose, force compressed air through the heatercore in the opposite direction of the coolant flow..This should force the sediment out of the heatercore. Flush with the garden hose.Repeat with compressed air.Flush and check water flow through the heatercore. If satisfied with the fiow reinstall coolant hoses, refill engine coolant, then check heat level.NB. It!s worth a try..may save you a few bucks
