Most likely your front end alignment has been knocked out of position. Take the car to an alignment shop to have it corrected. This is usually not a job for a DIY'er. Not getting it fixed will cause your tires to wear out sooner or much sooner.

Make sure that you do not have a broken leaf spring in the rear. If the spring is not broken, the spring could still just be weak. Hope this helps.

Several possibilities; out-of-balance wheels, tires with tread separation, suspension components worn, steering out-of-alignment, worn / faulty wheel bearings, worn / faulty strut or shock mounts - to name a few.

Check the drive belt condition; for wear, glazed spots. Also, check the drive belt tensioner - replace as necessary. Try the many on-line auto parts sources, such as; www.autopartswarehouse.com or www.rockauto.com for the replacement parts.

If the steering wheel seems to feel like it is getting tighter during the turn in the same place while hearing this clicking sound, then your cause might be a frozen steering column coupler which was very common on Toyota cars.

No it's not getting tight when I turn its just making lots of clicking noise while I'm turning what do u think the cause is ?? Some random guy on the street heard it and said that sound be your boot and CV AXLE

Ok, I got it now. yes, i agree with the stranger in the street. You need a new drive axle. one of the front drive axles is no good. the one with the ripped CV boot is the one to replace.
