Hi. The brake pads on the right front aren't disengaging from the rotor.
My mechanic of 20 plus years has only seen the problem one other time on a Mercedes. He flushed the lines and the problem was corrected but that isn't working with mine. He believes there are 2 likely scenarios; the brake pedal hasn't enough back play and the ...

Several possibilities; faulty/ collapsed flexible front brake hose, faulty / frozen front brake caliper. If the problem were related to the brake master cylinder, then the issue would be common to all the brake positions.

Why is my brake pedal going to the floor?
The Booster and Master cylinder are relatively new. I cannot see any leaks of any kind. When I pump the pedal with the engine off, it does get harder, so the system is airtight. Any ideas?

Was the brake master cylinder bench bled prior to the installation? If not, then residual air maybe in the system. The master cylinder should be removed, bled of air, reinstalled, then the entire system properly bled.

I forgot to add that the car has discs in front drums in back. And the driver side drum doesn't do anything when the pedal is pressed

Replace the rear wheel cylinders - both sides. Sounds like the driver side wheel cylinder may be frozen or defective. Check the drum brake return springs and hardware with the brake drum removed.

Check these various on-line vendors; www.autopartswarehouse.com, www.RockAuto.com, www.partsgeek.com, to list only a few. For example, they (RockAuto) list the rear wheel brake cylinders from around $3.70 each for your vehicle.

Thank you very much for your help, IF that doesn't do it do you have any other ideas? Or is that probably it. As far as the pedal issue goes.

Once the rear wheel cylinders are replaced and the system is properly bled - the system is refilled with fresh fluid, then check for leaks - from front to rear-all along the brake lines to each rear wheel, to the front wheels, and up to the master cylinder.

If the master cylinder is OK, then there are only two reasons for the brake pedal travel to the floor; leaking brake fluid from the system to the exterior and air entrained / trapped in the brake system.

Cannot conclusively state these steps will resolve all the issues but these are the next steps.

My car pulls to the right when I press on the brakes while moving forward
I also noticed that when I parked, my front left hubcap was missing and a light smoke was emitting and burning rubber type smell. Any ideas?

Replace both the front calipers, remove / vacuum out all brake fluid from the system, replace the front flexible brake hoses to each caliper, refill the brake system with clean, fresh brake fluid.

Finally, bleed all the brakes - use the 'How-To-Guides' on the AutoMD website for the specific steps and instruction.

Found a fluid leak on my front passenger tire it looks brown in color, it was also on the ground.
I noticed it after arriving at work this morning the car has 144,500 miles on it, the service engine light came on and went off well over a week ago so I don't know if the issue is connected or not.

Front left Brakes sound like its rattling when applied. Almost like it's friction
Was told it was rotors, so I had them resurfaced, it's not the rotors though. It almost sounds like a shaking noise. It's louder the more pressure is put on the pedal.

What could the problem be if drivers side front brake sticks?
Have already changed calipers, rotor and pads. Still sticks occasionally, then must be bleed to release. Also took abs fuse out and still stuck.
