more than likely you have a fuel pump issue. Open the gas lid and have someone to turn the key to run position(not start)and put your ear to the filler neck.If you don't hear the pump come on momentarily then the pump is bad or thers no power to the pump.If you hear the pump then try spraying a little starting fluid into the breather and starting the car.If it starts then the fuel is not reaching the engine, maybe needs a filter.Pump could still be bad also.Get specs on pump operating pressure and check with a gauge

Try first to put some WD40 or similar product in the tumbler. Then hit the end with a hammer to jar the tumblers.
If that doesn't work get a large pair of pliers and force the cylinder to turn. This will break a small piece off of the tumbler inside and allow you to turn it and remove it.

The new/ replacement ignition tumbler (with keys) will cost around $18.00 from these sources; www.RockAuto.com, www.partsgeek.com - among others. Standard Motor Products part # US66LT- or the equivalent.
