Try these sources; (National Parts Depot),, (Auto Krafters),,, - to list only a few sources. You have a classic - keep it running! I also own a 1966 Ford Mustang - and have purchased from these vendors over the years.
They (Auto Parts Shop) list the window regulator (manual for left or right sides) from around $52.00 each for your vehicle.

Are there any screws to remove on a rear door panel, or just clips?
I apear to have the perimeter clips loose, but the center doesn't easily pop, is it screwed somehow? there are 2 psuedo lights in the panel, but they don't apear to come out

Remove the inside door handle bezel first then release the perimeter clips. The panel will release by moving upwards starting at the rear. There are no screws, just clips and the bezel. Then of course there is a clip on the rod after the panel is off. And something about the armrest pull cup retainers on the inside of the trim panel. Needle nose pliers to compress those clips. It looks like there are 7 or 8 clips retaining the panel, hard to tell from my picture. here , this will help >>

Where is the turn signal and hazard flasher located?
    • HouseCallAuto
      3/29/2013 HouseCallAuto
The flasher for both the turn signals and the hazards are both integrated into the hazard flasher switch on the dash. The answer below from ella1234 is completely wrong so don't go looking there.

What is wrong. Intermittently the heater blower and auto lights will not come on. Lights will work if I turn on manual
171K miles, only occurs at times, seems to be more prominent with colder weather. I have been able at times to turn off the car, restart, and everything works.

Is Air blown ? If no air is blowing, check your fuses. We need to know more to help you.

1.Check fuses, there are two. A 20 amp (inside instrument panel fuse block) labeled HVAC BLOWER and another for the highest speed and it is a 30 amp fuse labeled HI BLO MOT (inside underhood fuse block) . Disconnect the blower resistor assembly.

      2. Key on, check the input wires: Yellow, Tan, Light Blue, Purple, as the blower speeds are switched on the panel from low to medium 3.

      3. If the wires light a 12 volt test light (available cheap in any auto parts store) as each mode is selected, then connect the blower resistor assembly and check the Dark Blue wire as the speeds are changed.

      4. If this wire does not have power on it with the blower switch on low - M3, then replace the blower resistor assembly, with a new blower motor also.

      5. If the Dark Blue wire does have power on it with the blower switch in one of the blower speed selections, then check for power from this Dark Blue wire at the HVAC blower relay.

Common for the blower motor to have intermittent high amp draw, damaging the blower resistor assembly.

Quoting online without seeing the damage is impossible to do with any accuracy. Visiting a trusted and peputable paint and body shop in the local area is your best bet.

Windshield wipers do not park correctly
I understand this is a quic fix involving removing the rubber drip rail and the plastic cover then moving some clip on the wiper transmission, do you have pics that show exactly how to do this?
    • CVO
      2/23/2013 CVO
      I don't have the pics.
To correct the wiper arms back to their original rest position, make sure the wiper arms are in their off state.
Pop the plastic cap out of the wiper shaft, use a 15 mm open wrench to remove the nut. Pry the wiper arms out of their spline shaft and re-position them down to the bottom of the windshield.
      2/23/2013 HouseCallAuto
      CVO, this is incorrect.

No, this is not the case at all. The wiper parking issue that happens on the Montana / Venture / Silhouette is caused by a faulty Wiper Motor Crank Arm Assembly. Replace it. ACDelco 12494825 Windshield Wiper Motor Crank Arm Assembly, no other brands are available. Probability here is 100%.
