How to turn off check engine light?
there are no problems with the car, I need to reset it.

The check engine light is located on the dash and stays on if the computerized engine control system detects an engine performance or emissions problem.

First step - have the stored fault codes or check engine light scanned - for free - at any local auto parts store; Advance Auto, Auto Zone, NAPA. Then, post a reply as 'add answer' with the specific code for more assistance. There may be a fault code stored in the OBD memory which may not be displayed as a check engine light.

The auto parts stores can also reset the CEL - or you can simply disconnect the battery negative terminal for a few minutes to reset the system.

Do not skip this important first step - there are literally hundreds of possible fault codes. Avoid wasting/ throwing money at the problem.

Exactly where do I find the outside temperature sensor?
    How do I remove/replace it?

The ambient temperature sensor is located on the lower portion of the front bumper more toward the driver side. It is usually mounted in the lower grille area and has a pointed cone shape. Inspect the electrical connector and wiring this sensor can get abuse from road debris and curb damage.

These questions are best answered by the garage/repair shop that performed the work. Any issues or concerns about workmanship or noises after the repair can only be answered by the specific garage.

Thanks for your opinion although you might have misunderstood what I was seeking. Looking for a another point of view, an opinion on the reaction of the garage to what I believe was my "questioning" of their work.

Sensor problem. The valley scartched the fron af the car which also caused the sensor to tilt in and not work.
Is it possible to run a diagnostic and see when this occured. The hotel and the valley will not take responsibility and so I would like to know if there is any way to know when it happen.

The car's speedomoter, tachometer, gas gauge and all dashboard functions as well as my brake lights have stopped working
I don't know if this is a fuse issue or possibly an alternator issue. I took the vehicle to AutoZone this afternoon and the employee couldn't find where to hook up the diagnostic tool. He checked the fuses and stated they appeared fine.

My car blows air but, it isn't cold air.
I have had it serviced but, it will blow cold air for a while than it's back to warm or hot air. The only air that blows as it should and that is the heat.

check the fuel lines and fuel filter...the o-rings or the lines may have cracks, air maybe getting into the lines and into the filter...replace the fuel lines and the filter.
