    How can I remove key stuck in ignition?
    74000 miles, there has been no work done for this problem.

      If yanking it doesnt do the trick, sounds like your release mechanism is damaged. Dont fix it yourself, bring it to a mechanic or dealership.

      It sounds like you may have a bad leveling sensor and/or air bag with your shocks

    How to check air pump for air ride 97 lincoln continental

      When I am troubleshooting the air pump for the shocks, I always start with the fuses and relays.some of the relays and fuses wear out faster with heavy use compared to bsay your cruise control and ABS relays.After you check those then check the connection at the pump for bad wires and/or connections , if everything this far checks out good ,then you need to check your switches at the rear or all 4 corners if you have a complete air ride control system ,they will have a mount with a control rod going from the switch to a mount on the axle housing to automatically turn the pump on to level vehicle.If no switches are bad ,then the pump is bad and needs tobe replaced

    How do I install a tie rod end. I got the nut of the bottom, but the tie rod end won't separate from the spindle assy.
    Mileage- 161,000 When driving at highway speed and bearing left the car has a slight shimmy. When jacked up the wheel can be moved slightly from front to rear. This is, ofcourse, the left tie rod end. Could it possibly be something other than the tie rod end?

      You can use a puller, a pickle fork, or rap the joint with a hammer. It could also be the tires and wheels.

    Air suspension light on
    is on after half hour running. when engine shut of and restarted takes half hour to come back on. car does not seem to be lower but light on bothers me. what do i check??

      A professional shop level scanner has to read the air suspension fault codes to proceed with a diagnosis. There is nothing that you can do without knowing the code other than to go under the car with Windex and spray the air bags and look for air bubbles forming on the surface (foams) of the rubber air bags, especially where the air bag rolls on to itself and where it appears that the rubber is dry and cracking. The light can come on for many reasons. One reason is if the car does not attain the proper height in a specific amount of seconds after the compressor turns on for leveling. The air bags are known to develop leaks.

      if you dont hear the air comp running there is a heatsink style relay that is notorious for going out on fords especially expeditions navs etc

    Suspension System has problems
    All of sudden car riding low. I can't drive because it is too low and sluggish.

      You need to raise the vehicle to inspect clearly the fault. It could be shock absorber worn or damage. A visit to a mechanic will help to determine how intensive the damage is and what repairs are necessary.

      Your car has rear air shocks that keep the ride height most of the time the bags get holse in them however it could be the compressor or a broken air line, but like i said most of the time its the air bag shocks. Also check the trucnk there is a switch on the side for the air shocks make sure it is on when you first liook at it if it is not then turn it on and see if they come back up sometimes switch gets hit and people don't realize. if the switch is on then again its probabl the air shocks

      What do you mean by that? You can use the Diagnose feature of AutoMD if you have problem with your vehicle.

    Air suspension,don't hear the compressor running,and the rear end of truck wont raise.

      There is your answer, you have to replace the compressor.

      The same thing happened to the Expedition of my friend, his rear was sagging, the bad thing for him is that the vent solenoid and the compressor come in one assembly and cant be bought separately...OUCH!!!

      We tried to overide the system via the air suspension switch to no avail.

      Its a good thing his suspension contrl module is still ok because we though it was busted that is why the compressor is not working.

    Do you have rear air bags? I cannot find them on the list of parts.

      Yes they have rear air bags. The pressure for it is around 200 psi.

      Each system has its pros and cons. They are dependent on the person who owns the vehicle. Now, when it comes to handling and comfort of course Air Suspension is the way to go. Its pricey to maintain but if you are the type of person who loves riding in the clouds, then this system is for you. At the same time, your vehicle won't sag when you put load on it since it will automatically level out.

      Now, coilsprings, this is a wise move for people who wants to save money like me. I'd hop on this deal in a heartbeat, besides, the Navigator is comfy enough for me with coil springs installed.

      That's my 2 cents worth.

      HI follow, it is the connection in the steering wheel that allow your horn, cruse, and airbag work while you turn the wheel.
