Several possibilities; tire flat spot / tread separation or tire defect. Try this as the first step; exchange the tires from front to back - on the side making the sound - to see if the noise moves with the wheel position.

Hi Jimm, i have just done a diagonal swap with the wheels/tyres and its still making the same noise. any other ideas as to what it could possibly be?

Which tire or wheel position is making the noise? Front or rear, left or right side? Remember to only move two wheels positions at a time - to help isolate the noise or issue.

i've just had them all re-balanced and put on the rotation machine, theres no problems. so i'm starting to think it could be a bearing.

    Thumping noise coming from wheels
When I take my foot off the gas, there is a thumping noise coming from the passenger side wheel (not sure if it's front or back). When I accelerate, brake or turn, the sound isn't present. What could this be? Mileage is 122,000, no work performed yet, engine ...

Too many possibilities to list - based on the limited details given. A thumping noise cold be from many sources; wheel bearings, worn / loose suspension bushings, CV joint or axle, shock or struts, shock or strut mounts, etc.

    Car pulling back. Need help!
after I come to a complete stop, I press the gas pedal to move and 5 seconds later my car feels as if it hit a bump and pulls me back. It only happens after everytime I stop. I'm not sure if it's because of the shock or the tires but I need help.

Why does my car rattle when I accelerate past 60 mph?
I brought my car in to be looked at thinking it was a suspension or alignment issue. They informed me that my rim was bent. I replaced the rim, but the problem still persists.

If you spend a couple thousand at a body shop
they may be able to make some sort of repairs

That would be major damage you have

I would guess the body is distorted & not just the
      suspension parts

Most likely there is suspension or frame damage - or both as result of the impact. No accurate way to determine extent of damage or repair costs via the internet. Take the vehicle to a local, trusted repair shop in your area for a complete inspection and repair estimate.

Broke the Accessory belt tensioner. Any way to remove it without using the wrench connection at the base?
I was replacing the power steering pump and during reassembly the joint where you would put a ratchet in to relieve the tension shattered like it was made of porcelain. I would prefer to not replace the tensioner. I have never had a tensioner that was so difficult ...

It depends on what is broke? Are you trying to reach the tensioner from up-top? Would it easier to reach it from the passenger side wheel-well? That would mean safely raising and supporting the vehicle and removing the tire. Never trust a jack to hold vehicle, use quality jack stands and use several, on pavement not dirt or grass.

The correct fix would be replacing the tensioner. I can't tell if it is possible to get a pipe wrench with cheater or something on the tension arm, to release tension? My biggest problem is I can't see anything from here.
