    Engine running on 3 cylinders!

Major lose of power from a take off
My Daewoo is loosing power at low rpm like I literally have to stick my foot out the door to get started rolling, but once it revs up in gear it does fine as long as I don't come to a complete stop. I have replaced just about every sensor under the hood. Along with ...

      For the misfires

It may mean that one or more of the following has happened:

      Faulty spark plug or wire
      Faulty coil (pack)
      Faulty oxygen sensor(s)
      Faulty fuel injector
      Burned exhaust valve
      Faulty catalytic converter(s)
      Running out of fuel
      Poor compression
      Defective computer
      Possible Solutions

If there are no symptoms, the simplest thing to do is to reset the code and see if it comes back.

If there are symptoms such as the engine is stumbling or hesitating, check all wiring and connectors that lead to the cylinders (i.e. spark plugs). Depending on how long the ignition components have been in the car, it may be a good idea to replace them as part of your regular maintenance schedule. I would suggest spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor cap, and rotor (if applicable). Otherwise, check the coils (a.k.a. coil packs). In some cases, the catalytic converter has gone bad. If you smell rotten eggs in the exhaust, your cat converter needs to be replaced. I've also heard in other cases the problems were faulty fuel injectors.

Could be a lot of different things. Have you plugged in a scanner to check for codes??? I would start there, if no codes than it could be something simple as a fuel filter getting gummed up.

Many engines are incompatible for rough driving, therefore you should first know about the entire specification of yours. Audi, Acura, Honda are those brands whose engine give a robust service for long time for instance see http://www.buyusedengine.com/used_engine.php
I would like to know how old is your engine? If it is out of warranty then better to have inspection via any reliable mechanic. As per your question it seems the problem is not being resolved even after spark plug and coil replacement, hence there might be another big issue that will only be cleared after mechanic's inspection.

The camshaft position sensor has that behavior ( runs great until it gets hot then dies ), check it and replace as necessary.

      Note :

The check engine light doesn't have to be ON to store a fault code.

Check the vehicle for fault codes to see if there are any sensors were involved to the malfunction of the engine.

1.Local auto parts stores such as Autozone ( not in California) or Advance Auto parts or Pep Boys will scan and retrieve any diagnostic trouble codes ( dtc ) stored in the powertrain control module for free of charge..

      2. Amazon.com has the code reader for less than $ .00 dollars + shipping
Autel MaxiScan MS300 CAN Diagnostic Scan Tool for OBDII Vehicles

3.Re-post the dtc's in here " answer question " for further assistance.

Note: we need the dtc's to identify the sensor, there are a dozen different ELECTRONIC sensors to operate the car.

Visit this site and see all the different sensor definitions.

      Powertrain Control Module (PCM)
      Throttle Position (TP) sensor
      Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor
      Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor
      Idle Air Control (IAC) valve
      Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT)
      Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S)
      Camshaft Position (CMP) sensor
      Knock Sensor (KS)
      Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS)
      Crankshaft Position (CKP) sensor

The water pump is behind the timing belt cover and is driven by the timing belt. If you never did a timing belt before then this is not a DIY job. This is about a 3 hour job for an experienced mechanic.

My car Daewoo nubira2 jets frequently even when on the highway. It slows down completely without stepping on the brakes
When it happens and you step on the accelerator it doesn't move. What could be the problem? I have changed the spark plugs, fuel pump, strainer and purged the engine but I still experience it.

If you have never used a code reader I advise (mandatory) you buy one from amazon.com for $20 so you can get it in 3 days and use it to read fault codes in your cars computer memory. Have to know the codes before this can be diagnosed. Post the code you find here when you update the post. The code reader I am referring to is here >> http://www.amazon.com/.../ref=sr_1_1
