      P1745 = Pressure Regulator 1 (Line Pressure Solenoid System)
      The pressure control solenoid valve A (line pressure solenoid valve) regulates the oil pump discharge pressure to suit the driving condition in response to a signal sent from the TCM.

      Possible causes;
      Faulty / defective TCM (transmission control module)

      Try the many on-line auto parts sources, such as; www.RockAuto.com or www.autopartswarehouse.com for the replacement parts.

    I bought my 2006 car in 2008 and in 2009, the key would not come out and the car would not move out of park. The mechanic said the ignition cable broke and repaired it. It happened again this weekend. Someone told me it is a Dealer/Manufacturer issue because it has ...

      Are you talking about the shift-lock mechanism? Are you saying the steel cable broke or plastic piece broke? If we're talking about the same thing, learn how to fix it, yourself, no labor charge. Without looking at it, I can't tell what broke?

      If it was repaired recently, take it back and tell them they didn't get it fixed, correctly.

      Thanks. In '09, I went online and found the info about the "pink" plastic piece that people replace with a metal part. I ordered it and found it was not the issue. It is the shifter module switch/ shift module interlock. Chrysler is telling me that they would have fixed it in 09. The Dealership had said they wouldn't. Now they say the age and mileage is too high although the Dealership says it's a manuf defect. Chrysler blames the IR who's parts have lasted 5 years when theirs only lasted 2.

      Order the part you need, fix it yourself or have a friend fix it. I know it's a bummer, but, you need to fix it and move on. I doubt your going to get any help from Chrysler?
