The cable schlep is the name for the wire harness chain that moves with the door. This is the cause in most cases that you have detailed, however, there are fault codes that set related to the power doors and there is live data that can be seen on a professional scan tool which you do not have. That being said, the odds are with you that you would likely solve this if you replaced the cable schlep. Not a difficult job.

I have antifreeze leaking inside of the driver's side of the car.
mileage 9800.00. the symptom happens when I am driving and there is no more antifreeze inside the radiator, it over heats. I also smell antifreeze inside the car. I notice the problem last month, July, 2013. The temperture light comes on and the temperture reads hot.

Several possibilities; leaking heater core, leaking / faulty heater hose, loose heater hose camp or connection. Try this as a first step - with the radiator / cooling system refilled - and the engine cold, apply a cooling system pressure tester. The cooling system pressure tester tool is available at any local auto parts store, as a loaner tool - usually free or for a small fee. Be sure not to exceed the rated pressure of the radiator cap - typically specified on the cap; such 15 psi.
The cooling system tester will enable you to apply a static pressure to the system - while you inspect for a leak - to pinpoint the source of the anti-freeze leak in the area of the heater core and heater hoses on the interior. The cooling system - with pressure via the tester, should hold the static pressure applied for more than several minutes - without any leakdown or noticeable loss of pressure on the guage.

    Rain soaking rear floor
Rear floor soaked during rain. Convertable top is good and not dripping. Water entering through body somehow due to bad seal or plugged drain but can't locate. Any suggestions?
    • HouseCallAuto

Unless the car is on a lift you will not see it. Along the rocker panel to body seams there are little indented drains, kind of like a place every 6 inches or so that allows water to drain off. The water that goes down the sail anel of the convertible top is supposed to drain out the rocker panel water vents. Take compressed air and an air blower and unclog these vents with the air. When these small pinched metal vents are clogged with debris that works its way down (from parking under trees) the rocker panels become filled to the brim with rain water and overflow to the floor area. Expect to see lots of water drain out as soon as you hit it with the air. This picture will help you visualize the drain locations, looks like there are three or four.

Replace the blower motor resistor with the 4 pins connections. The blower runs on high due to the connection straight to the relay.

Several possibilities; faulty automatic headlamp control relay, faulty headlight switch, faulty body control module. What type of repair work was recently provided?
      7/21/2013 jsw702
Ok, it started with the check trans indicator on the monitoring systems panel, so I took it to Hefty Auto Repair and they told me it was just the module or cyllanoid. Turned out costing me 1500.00 for a transmission they never replaced. We realized it after they had taken and cut the fuel line to the engine and put in a a/c pressure release valve when there was clearly already one on the top of the motor, clear as day I honestly don't know what else they tried to sabotaged or what they worked on

How difficult would it be to replace the driver side sliding door motor
    • HouseCallAuto
      6/24/2013 HouseCallAuto
It is an easy job just requiring removing the door trim panel, but more importantly, the door motor is often misdiagnosed and changed when the cause is actually the Power Sliding Door Track Wiring Harness. If you are sure about the motor, great, but to be sure about the motor you would have already removed the trim panel and would have confirmed that the door motor you want to replace is receiving battery voltage and ground. You would then see how simple it is to replace the motor at that point. If you need further assistance with diagnosis just ask.
