      I am missing the meaning of some of your sentences. Some facts though. If the rear fan is not blowing, the cause can be the resistor can be the cause, especially if you direct wired the fan back there and it works. I don't understand what you mean by "back fan is glassblowing not cooling" What is that? Also, what do you mean "affect the compressor from picking up" ?

    Secondary hood latch won't open

      The only quick answer to this have the car towed to a repair facility. The alternative is get it pushed to someones garage where the temperature allows working on getting the hood open or leave the car where it is and borrow a large kerosene fired space heater (like 200,000 btu) and point it toward the front of the car while you work the hood latch.

    Why are all the warning lights on, most of the electric options don't work. and I can't shift the car out of park.

      I doubt you will get through this without professional help. You need professional level scan tool $2000 + to read BCM codes, also, did the replacement BCM get flashed / programmed as they are not plug and play?

      There is no fuse h11 that controls the left headlamp low beam. if you have a low beam out and have already replaced the bulb and still no good and you confirmed no voltage at the headlight bulb connector then the cause is likely to be the (TIPM) Totally Integrated Power Module which is essentially the engine compartment fuse box which is not serviceable. There are some fuses in there that can be replaced but there is no fuse that controls solely one headlamp.

      Your details can be understood two different ways and I don't want top have to provide two different detailed answers so clarify what you mean. If you are saying that the blower will not shut off, say that. If you are saying that the blower speeds are all working and your issue is that you cannot control the temperature of the air no matter what the setting, say that. Or are you saying something else?

      Check for a shorting out pink wire at the illuminated vanity mirrors. If you see no obvious defect with the wiring at either the left or right vanity mirrors (it would make it much easier if you could see the fault at either mirror), get access to the bottom (hard wired side) of the fuse box and locate the 18 gauge PINK wire that gets battery voltage off of one leg of the #5 fuse that keeps blowing. Cut that wire but leave slack so you can reattach another wire to it after the short is confirmed by snipping this wire. (if the mirrors have no battery voltage going to them then the circuit cannot blow a fuse)

      1st - replace the door lock actuator inside the driver door
      2nd - need more info
      3rd - replace the blower motor resistor
      4th - If the fuse is fuse #8 (you did not say) then replace the faulty starter motor.

    Back up sensor issue
    My back u p assist lights work. The camera works but when it detects an object it only beeps once. As I get closer no more beeps. Any advice is appreciated.

    Passenger door will not lock
    The passenger door lock will not stay locked regardless of how its locked (fob, door button or manually). It immediately returns to the unlocked position. My best guess is a bad actuator but I am not sure. Any advice is appreciated.

    The automatic rear sliding door on my 2006 Chrylser town and Country only closes halfway automatically.
    It opens all the way with the FOB and the auto buttons, however, when closing it stops near halfway and has to manually be shut the rest of the way.

      The cable schlep is the name for the wire harness chain that moves with the door. This is the cause in most cases that you have detailed, however, there are fault codes that set related to the power doors and there is live data that can be seen on a professional scan tool which you do not have. That being said, the odds are with you that you would likely solve this if you replaced the cable schlep. Not a difficult job.

      There is an intrument panel and gauges fuse. You should also check the head light switch and dome light dimmer switch.

    Why doesn't radio have sound?

    I have antifreeze leaking inside of the driver's side of the car.
    mileage 9800.00. the symptom happens when I am driving and there is no more antifreeze inside the radiator, it over heats. I also smell antifreeze inside the car. I notice the problem last month, July, 2013. The temperture light comes on and the temperture reads hot.

      Several possibilities; leaking heater core, leaking / faulty heater hose, loose heater hose camp or connection. Try this as a first step - with the radiator / cooling system refilled - and the engine cold, apply a cooling system pressure tester. The cooling system pressure tester tool is available at any local auto parts store, as a loaner tool - usually free or for a small fee. Be sure not to exceed the rated pressure of the radiator cap - typically specified on the cap; such 15 psi.
      The cooling system tester will enable you to apply a static pressure to the system - while you inspect for a leak - to pinpoint the source of the anti-freeze leak in the area of the heater core and heater hoses on the interior. The cooling system - with pressure via the tester, should hold the static pressure applied for more than several minutes - without any leakdown or noticeable loss of pressure on the guage.
