P0155 means oxygen sensor heater circuit malfunction (bank 2 sensor 1) and P0135 means oxygen sensor heater circuit malfunction (bank 1 sensor 1) the common causes of this trouble codes are short/open/high resistance in your wiring harness or harness connectors and defective oxygen sensor . Are you certain that you’ve replaced the oxygen sensors in your bank 1 sensor 1 and bank 2 sensor 1 and check its wiring/connections?

Recheck the power and grounds. I can find nothing else to blame. Bad PCM is possible, but rare for this reason.
G109 is a common ground for all HO2's. Inspect for a loose or missing ground at G109, located at the left rear end of the transmission, on a bracket stud, above the transmission bell housing. Test the OXY SEN 1 and 2 fuses and ignition power supply to the HO2's heaters.
      Should be battery voltage.

Did you already perform the radiator and cap pressure test to verify or see if there is a visible leak in your cooling system? How about compression test? To know the condition of your engine, it is possible that your cylinder head gasket is failing due to excessive heat from overheating.

You should consider performing a radiator flush to clean the inside of your radiator. Also check the condition of your radiator fins for any foreign objects that restrict the flow of air that help dissipate the heat in your coolant.

What have you done so far to fix the problem with your vehicle? Did you already check the condition of your fuel pump and its relay? A faulty ECT (engine coolant temperature) sensor can also cause your vehicle’s trouble. Have you already diagnosed your vehicle with a scan tool to determine if there is a stored trouble code in your vehicle (if the fault is one of your electrical controls or sensors it will show in your trouble code, if you have any) that can help you find the fault on your vehicle’s problem? You can visit AutoZone or nearby auto parts store for free diagnostic.

My car will start and run for a little while and then just turn off as if I had turned the key off.
I was coming home from the store and out of no where my car just shut off and would not start back up. It turned over just fine but wouldn't start. I had it towed home and after sitting with a battery charger on it for an hour, it started up. I drove it to auto ...

Replace the crankshaft position sensor. I would further confirm that by attaching a code reader (inexpensive) and looking for a stored code, in particular a P0335 or a P0341. The crankshaft sensors are very common to fail on CTS and cause the stalling you are experiencing.

You have a bad head gasket or a bad intake gasket. Does white smoke come out of the tail pipe? If so, this is what it is. Send me a message at the email listed below.

actually there is no white smoke coming out of the tail pipe. the problems started with a reading of low coolant level, then began over heatingquite frequently. so i had the radiator tested which turned out to have a leak in it-replaced it-the over heating didnt happen as frequently after this. a few weeks later it started over heating again so i relaced the thermostat-shortly after, the car said "ENGINE HOT/TURN ENGINE OFF" ....since then i have replaced the water pump and its still over heatin

I agree that it could be a head gasket. A pressure test can be made to check for this. After replacing all the parts that you have it may still have a loss in water. This can be tested with the pressure test. If it has been run hot there may be damage to the heads due to the excessive heat when it ran hot the first time. These aluminum equipped engines will warp with the excessive temperature especially if cold water is put in before the engine has cooled. Maybe it is just a leak somewhere.

Why does my '92 Cadillac De Ville 'tick' after having changed the throttle positioning sensor?
A friend changed the TPS on my car and now it makes this loud 'ticking' noise when turned off. Also, the car doesn't shift gears properly like before he changed it! Help!!!

Yes, it is possible. In most cases of running hot is caused by obstructions/restrictions inside your radiator. Did you already flush (and/or back flush) your radiator? If the clogged/obstruction is severe you have to replace your radiator.

also check the condition and operation of your cooling fan (and check your radiator fins)

      10/1/2010 darkmind
The common causes of stalling if you press the gas are

      •damage/clogged fresh air intake hose/fuel filter/air filter

      •dirty/worn fuel injector

•defective or the connection of your TPS (throttle position sensor) is incorrect

You can use the Diagnose feature of AutoMD if you want to further inspect your vehicle.

What would cause a car's anti lock light and traction control light to come on

There are several things that cause this problem, the easiest check is to have someone push on the brake pedal and make sure you have brake lights. If the brakes switch is bad it will cause those lights to come on. The traction control is part of the anti-lock brake system.
