2006 Kia Sportage LX 6 Cyl 2.7L

Rotors are warped. Do I need to replace the pads too?

I had new brake pads installed about a year ago (ceramic pads). The vehicle had about 60K on it at the time and it was the first time I hd the brake pads replaced. The repair shop turned the rotors at the same time. I noticed not long after the repair that there was a slight vibration when braking. It has gotten much worse over the past year. I know I am going to need 4 new rotors because these are probably warped, but do I need to have new pads installed at the same time as well? There has been less than 20K miles put on the car since the brakes were done a year ago.
