no reset or init option to reset TPMS

hello, i have a e90 320d 2007 (selected a different one for this website, as it didnt have 320d), TPMS light came on cause i changed new tyres and the stupid people there didn't inflate the tyres evenly, so i inflated them evenly, 32 front and 36 back, and went on the dashboard to find the 'reset' option to reset the TPMS system but it's not there anymore. I am in awe as to whats happened to it because i remember it being there before. Anyone know what the issue might be? I have tried disconnecting negetive cable of the battery as suggested by few other people but still no options. I have options to change time, date, check service and check. Those are the only options i see on the dashboard as i flick through them with the toggle button.

Start your engine but keep vehicle in Park. Using the buttons on the turn signal level. Use the rocker button (green arrow) to scroll through instrument cluster until you reach the TPMS RESET menu. Then press and hold the BC button for about 5 seconds until a small check mark appears next to the RESET symbol.

There is a BMW TSB issued for the TPMS system;
