replacing clutch fluid

When the brake fluid is replaced, does the clutch fluid also replaced? Or is a separate system?

Separate systems - though both the hydraulic brake and hydraulic clutch use the common brake fluid as stored in the brake master cylinder.
The brake fluid is usually removed at each wheel position by bleeding the brakes - so the clutch master or slave cylinder never really gets completely drained of fluid.

Thank you for the answer!! I had the brake fluid flush and fill done (they used a piece of equipment used just for that purpose). After that, the effort to depress the clutch pedal seemed a bit more. So that prompted my question. Thanks, again.
