1988 Dodge Colt DL 4 Cyl 1.5L
I need real timing mark for cam & crank. Manual did not work.
Removed Head to repair oil leak. Followed manual to replace timing belt and it would not start. Had#1 @ TDC and both marks dead on with 2 rotations. Then remembered under valve cover had paint mark with arrow at 11 o'clock that said timing. Moved inner notch by cam pulley nut to that. now outer timing mark I'm supposed to use is at 1 oclock. Car started and runs. It stalls and shakes.
