WHY CANT I GET A READING WHEN I HOOK UP MY TESTER IT SAYS NO READING STORED BUT THE CAR WONT START

Does the code reader have established communication with the vehicle? Does the ignition have spark?

YES I HAVE SPARK NO THE CODE READER DON'T

Check the CIGAR / DLC fuse - 15 amp. This supplies battery power to the diagnostic connector and common to find open because of lighter circuit. Update me. Might not be back till later tonight.

Can you borrow or buy a noid light and see if there is injector pulse by plugging the noid light into any one of the six fuel injector connectors and see if the light flashes when the engine is cranked. There are really only two injectors that you can get to, the front bank farthest toward driver side injector or the rear bank farthest toward pass side. The froont one is the one you want to remove the electrical connector from the injector and plug in the noid light. Update me. Also, when you turn the key to the "on" position, does the engine service light come on?

YES THE ENGIINE LIGHT COMES ON AND I WILL TRY AND GET A NOID LIGHT ?
