replacing chrysler cam/crank sensors is pretty common. so replacing them has a reasonable chance of success in fixing the problem without actually diagnosing the problem.
however, if they're not agreeing with their timing references you may want to make sure the camshaft is still in time and that the timing belt is in good shape.
i would rather get my teeth pulled than do a timing belt in a pt cruiser.

what if the timing is off how would you set it to its normal timing.
