Replace the broken / faulty engine mounts. The worn / faulty engine mounts will allow the engine to shift position - especially under load / accelerating to cause the cooling fan blades to make contact. Since the radiator and fan shroud is fixed (bolted) to the body - the engine movement due to the worn mounts has caused the radiator fan to break.

The new engine mounts costs around $24.00 - $28.00 (front left or right sides) each, and the radiator cooling fan costs from around $16.00 from these on-line auto parts sources; www.partsgeek.com, www.rockauto.com, www.discountautoparts.com, www.autopartswarehouse.com, www.jcwhitney.com - to list only a few possibilities.
