This question is in regards to a Multi-function Switch for my bmw 328 xi, part # 61319169072.
Does this part require a break in period? I just had this installed. Prior to the new part being installed all I had to do was lightly push up or down to turn on the turn signal. Now, with the new part, I have to push hard up or down and it feels like it locks into place. I was told that it was installed correctly and that this is normal for a new Multifunction Switch. Can you confirm if this is correct. My feeling is this switch was not installed correctly.
Thanks,
jared
